Becky Lynch Shares Update on Her WWE Contract

Becky Lynch is among several WWE stars as well as their husband World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins who will have to decide whether or not to remain with WWE or explore the market for free agents once their contract expires in the coming year.

Lynch is scheduled to wrestle in the Elimination Chamber in the WWE Elimination Chamber, where she may be able to earn the right to compete against WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley to win victory at WrestleMania 40 in April.

In the Thursday’s WrestleMania 40 Start, Lynch confronted Lynch where she told her that when The Man is in the ring, Mami will be on the bottom, which is a clear warning to the other stars.

Contract talks.

Lynch’s deal with WWE is due to expire in June 2024. In a conversation with Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Lynch was asked about her future plans with WWE and what she would do to manage the negotiations regarding her contract.

“That’s the way you go about it. I believe it’s more important than anything else is deciding what the future is going to look like. What’s the best path to take in the future? What are your goals and what do you intend to achieve? Then, you take choices that are logical.”
