Negotiations between WWE and a Star have break down

WWE is engaged in negotiations with a prominent name, but the negotiations have stalled and there aren’t any ongoing negotiations currently.

Fightful Select is reporting that the company was discussing negotiations in talks Mercedes Money (the former Sasha Banks) about a return. The conversation was reported to be friendly however things didn’t progress to the point that both parties were agreed on a solution. WWE sources have claimed that the WWE were among those who decided to leave the negotiations. According to reports, Fightful Select reported last week that Banks’s asking price was higher than the amount Charlotte Flair is making on her new contract. It’s quite clear that Banks will not sign any deal for a cheap price. It’s unclear if that’s the cause of an end to negotiations with WWE or some other reason.

Fightful said that a source inside the company was of the opinion that she’d be making an appearance in the near future, however they didn’t say which location. It’s not difficult to tell that AEW is interested in signing her, and Tony Khan invited her to attend ALL IN: London back in August. There was a plan in place for her to follow if she signed with the firm.

Other potential places for Mone could include TNA Wrestling. as well as New Japan Pro Wrestling. TNA will spend money to sign major names, as they push to show that they’re not the same TNA from the past, and are trying to attract new attention to their products. New Japan Pro Wrestling executives have also stated that they would like to collaborate with Sasha Banks again.The information about Mone and WWE’s negotiations disintegrating comes at the same time she started posting teasers via social media which appeared to suggest she was planning to return. It seems unlikely that we’ll see an WWE Return to Sasha Banks…at least, not in the in the near time.
