Patrick Clark, under the persona of Velveteen Dream, resurfaced in the ring at the Dynasty event

Patrick Clark, the man who was previously was known by the name The Velveteen Dream, has returned to the arena.

Past issues

Dream was deported in 2021 by WWE in 2021 following the fact that it was reported that he had inappropriate interactions with minors in 2020. Dream initially released an announcement that stated that Dream was in contact with authorities to solve the issue, which led to him only being featured several times in the past on NXT TV, including the final show with Adam Cole in December 2020.

There were reports that Clark was also in a heated backstage feud with a number of people from NXT because of his conduct. Dream is also accused of filming wrestlers in the bathroom with their consent, and also his arrests, charges of recklessness during matches, fitness violations, and various other problems.

Dream has previously posted an apology message on Instagram in which he asked Triple H, Shawn Michaels fans, as well as Dream to forgive him for past controversies.

The following day, the wrestler was back the ring in Dynasty at New York. He was a former WWE star interrupted the initial match and then issued an unconfirmed challenge.
