Seth Rollins continued to unfold his animosity with CM Punk at WWE house show

Seth Rollins continues to bring his character CM Punk and develop their storyline, which began the night Punk returned to WWE in WWE Survivor Series following the Men’s WarGames match.

History

Rollins was, during the storyline, was frightened by his character’s curses, out and slapping him on the back. Later, they had a fight during the time when Punk declared he would be under his Raw brand. They argued, and Punk declaring his involvement in his participation in the Men’s Royal Rumble match.

On Monday, the day 1 episode of Raw, Rollins will defend the World Heavyweight Title against Drew McIntyre. Punk isn’t being promoted during the event.

Rollins was in an all-star match in Friday’s house show. He also had some words to say to Punk after the fight.

“What do you think? you think he’ll pop out of the curtain tonight? He’s not going to show up tonight, because you know the truth, he doesn’t give an inch about you. I’m honest,” Rollins said. “I’ve been saying the same thing regarding CM Punk from day one. CM Punk doesn’t give an inch about CM Punk. But you know that? You’ve all spent your hard-earned dollars to be here, and you’re chanting for the guy who’s not going to be there.”

Rollins stated that he wanted CM Punk fans to get their chants off their systems and they did that.
