Promising Update on Steve “Mongo” McMichael, NFL Great and Former WCW Star
After a difficult week, Steve “Mongo” McMichael is now feeling better.
In 2021, the former WCW wrestler was diagnosed with ALS, which caused him to lose weight and speech. Due to a MRSA infection, he required revascularization.
The McMichael family has received multiple messages from their friend, Jarrett Payton, who is a sports anchor and the most recent one.
In 1985, McMichael was a member of the Chicago Bears, whose team won the Super Bowl. On August 3, in Canton, Ohio, he was announced as a member of this year’s Pro Football Hall of Fame class.
Additionally, Dwight Freeney, Randy Gradishar, Devin Hester, Andre Johnson, Julius Peppers, and Patrick Willis are present.
