Another Ex-WWE Star making Comeback to the company
She’s coming back

Andrade isn’t just the one former WWE star set to return to the WWE after several months.

The first WWE stint

Trinity who was formerly referred to in the past as Naomi in WWE was absent from the WWE for more than an entire year. She started an entirely new phase of her pro-wrestling career by debuting her Impact Wrestling debut at the tapings for the television show in Chicago in April. Then she would go to take home the Knockouts title.

Due to differences in their creative style, Trinity walked out of WWE together with Mercedes Mone in May 2022. The two were then suspended until they had negotiated their release. According to reports, Mone had talks with WWE regarding her return however, those discussions fell apart. Mone is expected to make the AEW debut.

Expected return

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select said that Trinity is set to become released soon, and that she will be wrapping the deal with TNA. It’s not known if the title fight she will be defending next month in Hard To Kill will be her last event with the promotion.

One year ago, WWE sources told Fightful they were certain that they could bring Trinity back into the WWE organization. It’s unclear if she was returned because of the indefinite hiring freeze that was being implemented within WWE at the time.

WWE sources think there’s an excellent chance that she would return to the organization, as sources said they were expecting it, and sources inside TNA claimed they were expecting that it would happen earlier rather than later.

One WWE source told me the following “something huge would have to happen for her not to end up back in WWE sooner than later, but this is a crazy free agent period.”
