Ex WWE/ECW Wrestler Alleges Legal Action Against 2K Games

A former WWE/ECW superstar has been attracted to a recent tweet on Twitter.

2K Games tweeted on Wednesday a video clip of Liv Morgan’s entrance into the WWE 2K24 game, with the caption “Queen of Extreme@YaOnlyLivvOnce#FirstLook #WWE2K24.”

Pre-orders are available on Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X. Standard, deluxe and cross-gen editions will be available. A WWE 2K24 Forty Years of WrestleMania Edition is also available.

Francine, a valet who is best known for owning the trademark rights of “Queen of Extreme”, was alerted to this. She worked at ECW between 1995 and 2001, and WWE between 2005-2006. She sent 2K Games the following legal threats:

I have The Queen of Extreme registered as a trademark. “Do you want something from my attorney again?”
