Tonight, on WWE SmackDown Revolution
This evening’s show of WWE SmackDown is stacked with the New Year’s Resolution theme that will decide who Roman Reigns defends his Undisputed WWE Universal Title against at the Royal Rumble.
Whoever wins Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles vs. LA Knight will earn the right to take on Reigns to victory at the PLE in the coming months.
The other matches scheduled for the event will be WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY and. Michin and Kevin Owens against. Santos Escobar in the WWE US Title Contender Tournament Finals. US champion Logan Paul will also appear

Contender’s Match to win the United States Championship
Kevin Owens vs Santos Escobar (w/ Angel & Humberto)
Logan Paul did commentary for the match. Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro immediately leapt Angel and Humberto in the first moments of the game and battled until the end. Escobar stopped the slam and then rolled up Owens to cause a near fall. Owens was able to block a kick by Escobar and landed him with an uppercut. Owens hit Escobar an explosive pop-up powerbomb, delivered a stunner and then pinned the opponent.

After the match Logan Paul told Kevin Owens that he would never be able to beat Kevin Owens for an United States Championship. After the match, when Logan entered the ring to say about his rants with Owens, Owens punched Logan in the face.
At the rear, Logan Paul was holding the bag of ice over his head. Cameron Grimes laughed and told Logan Paul that I see you had a conversation with Kevin. Grayson Waller pushed Grimes and they had to be separated by an agents. Austin Theory told Logan not to fret about Grimes and the two left.
In the boxing ring, Bobby Lashley said 2023 was likely to be the most difficult year in his professional career. It wasn’t because he wasn’t putting in the effort, but due to my efforts into it did not yield the results I was hoping for. The Street Profits as well as myself will be able to be able to claim everything we want in 2024. They Street Profits said they want the tag team title. Lashley stated that his aim is to regain his status as his former self and being the Almighty and he’s planning to achieve that goal by announcing his participation to the 2024 Royal Rumble. Karrion Kross Scarlett And Paul Ellering emerged from the main entrance and AOP was able to take on The Street Profits from behind. Kross and Scarlett fought Lashley. The AOP provided the Profits with Kross Super Collider. Kross offered Lashley an F5.
WWE Women’s Championship Match
IYO SKY (champion) vs Michin
Michin offered SKY the Styles Clash of the second turnbuckle However, SKY grabbed her hands on the rope in order to stop the pinfall. SKY was able to roll out of the rings. Michin was able to dive through the ropes but fell the ropes when SKY got away from the way. SKY handed Michin the Meteora to the barricade. SKY was able to roll Michin back into the ring before hitting her with a knee running at the corner. SKY took out Michin with the moonsault over the moon and then pinned her.

Then, Paul Heyman said The Rock name is dropped Roman Reigns due to the fact that The Rock would like to be the center of the table. To be seated at the top of a table you must have been invited for a meal of relevance. The Rock is not invited, and he will not be.
In the backstage area, Bayley told Damage CTRL she saw greatness in everyone. My hope is that to ensure that the Kabuki Warriors are going to take home the tag team title. Dakota Kai said Bayley will be the winner of in the Royal Rumble and take the title away from Rhea Ripley. Bianca Belair congratulated IYO SKY on her victory tonight and informed Bayley she’s being too ambitious because I’m going to this year’s Royal Rumble and I can’t look forward to throwing your body over top of the rope. I’m hoping to be the winner of at the Royal Rumble and then at WrestleMania I’ll get back my title while the IYO-era comes to an end. Dakota has told Bayley she must take charge of Bianca.
Beautiful Deadly (Kit Wilson and Elton Prince) vs Butch and Tyler Bate
Prince was able to push Butch from the upper turnbuckle, and Wilson took him down to a near-fall. Butch and Bate provided Wilson an extra Tiger Driver ’97 and pinned the latter.
The winner is Butch Tyler Bateman and Tyler Bate
In the backstage area, Ashanti Thee Adonis told Nick Aldis that I’ve been struggling for a while. I’m not sure what my role is in this world and I’m feeling confused however I don’t want you make me feel bad for myself. I’m hungry, and I’ve been waiting for a chance. I’m waiting for an opportunity. Aldis told me that I’m not regretting you since I’ve believed in you since the beginning. I have some suggestions for you, which I think you’ll be interested to learn about.
Triple Threat Match with the winner vying to wrestle Roman Reigns at Royal Rumble
AJ Styles vs LA Knight vs Randy Orton
Styles tried to strike Orton with his Phenomenal Forearm, but Orton was able to stop Styles by a RKO. Orton attempted to get the cover and was able to get it, but Knight removed the referee from of the boxing ring. Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso, and Paul Heyman came down to the ringside. Reigns, Solo, and Jimmy were in the ring and began to attack Styles, Knight, and Orton. Solo attacked Orton by stepping on the steps to the ring. Reigns powebbombed Styles and offered Knight the Superman punch and the spear. Jimmy was able to roll Orton back into the boxing ring. Solo offered Orton his Samoan Spike at the same when Reigns struck Orton using the spear. Nick Aldis was outside the arena and instructed Paul Heyman to tell Reigns his congratulations since he’s turned this into the Fatal Four Way match at Royal Rumble.
