Toronto gears up as WWE Announces Money in the Bank and NXT Heatwave
This trend towards WWE making its top live events to the world continues. Triple H announced this morning that they’ll be returning for a visit to Canada this summer to host an official lineup PLE as well as the NXT special.
The year 2023 was the time they had Backlash In 2023, they held PLE In 2023, they held Backlash PLE in Puerto Rico and Money in the Bank in London. Headline Scotiabank Arena On Consecutive Nights
STAMFORD, Conn., January 4 2024. WWE(r) is a an affiliate of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO) is today announcing it will announce that Scotiabank Arena in Toronto will host a multi-event festival in July 2024, headlined by Money In The Bank on the 6th of July on a Saturday. It is the first time Toronto will host the annual live event.
The weekend will kick off in the form of Friday Night SmackDown on Friday 5 July and ends on the 7th of July with NXT Heatwave on Sunday, July 7, which will feature the hottest young talent in the world of sports entertainment. More details about the ticket to be sold will be announced in the upcoming months.
