Vince McMahon Offloads 5,350,000 TKO Shares, Worth Approximately $412 Million

Vince McMahon has been cashing out his TKO shares in recent months, with his latest deal taking place on Monday, with the exchange of 5 350,000 TKO shares for a total value at $412 million. He is still holding around 15 million shares, or roughly 9% of TKO stock.

Allegations

McMahon has been featured in the news because of the accusations which he has to face following the filing of a lawsuit that claims McMahon had been involved in sexual trafficking, sharing naked images or explicit footage of Janel Grant without permission as well as other things from his time as a WWE employee.

The company as well as former executive John Laurnatis were also named in the suit. When the suit was made public, McMahon resigned from his tasks at TKO.

Money

Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics pointed out that today, between the sale of his stock for $412 million on Monday, and the sale of his stock in the month of November, for $642 million McMahon has made nearly $1billion in the past few months.

McMahon was also rewarded with the benefit of a special TKO dividend after TKO’s merger on September, which earned an additional $111 million.
