WWE Elimination Chamber Features Mention of AEW Star
Michael Cole dropped the name of a top AEW superstar while mentioning Randy Orton’s remarkable feat which put Orton in the books of history.
Drew McIntyre vs. Orton Vs. Bobby Lashley vs. LA Knight vs. Kevin Owens against. Logan Paul in the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match was scheduled for the WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event on Saturday at Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia, with the condition that the winner take on World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40.
In the final result it was McIntyre who emerged with the win after he beat the other contestants and eliminated Orton Paul, who Paul had eliminated.
Cole said Orton set a record in break the record set by Chris Jericho at 9 to participate in his most Elimination chamber matches.
Jericho was a participant in the initial three Elimination Chamber Matches, but he did not end up losing up until the sixth one in 2013. It was a star-studded match which comprised Rey Mysterio, Undertaker, and CM Punk, who won his first World Title. Orton took home his very first Chamber Match during his sixth match in 2014.
