An important player is exiting AEW

Allegedly, a prominent figure is leaving All Elite Wrestling.

Rafael Morffi’s exit was announced on Fightful Select today. The Vice President of Live Events/Touring is worth mentioning. Jim Ross’ podcast may have had a conversation with him, as they are close friends, and he has promoted the work AEW has been doing for him.

Other interests are reportedly on Morffi’s agenda in 2024. Having worked with the company since the beginning of 2019, it’s unexpected that he is leaving. Several companies in the wrestling industry have utilized Morffit’s expertise before he joined AEW. He had previously held the position of Live Event Tour Manager/Senior Director ofLiveEvents at TNA. He was employed by WWE from November 2000 to August 2021. He held the position of Senior Director, Live Event Marketing, at WWE.

No one has been named yet to determine who will replace Morffi in AEW.
