Raquel Rodriguez Releases Emotional Video Documenting Her Struggle with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)

Raquel Rodriguez revealed last month that she had been diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

Travelling is a great way to meet new people.

According to the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology, mass cell activation is “a condition where the patient experiences repeated episodes of allergic symptoms like hives and swelling, low blood-pressure, difficulty breathing and severe diarrhoea.” During those episodes, high levels of mast cells mediators are released.

She was forced to miss some events as a result. She returned to TV on Monday’s Raw after winning a battle royal for a final chance to qualify for this Saturday’s Women’s Elimination Chamber Match. This will give her the opportunity to face Rhea Ripley in the Women’s World Title Match at WrestleMania.

To win the title, she will need to beat out Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan as well as Tiffany Stratton. Naomi, Bianca Belair, and Bianca Belair.

Raquel shared her story on social media to show what she had to go through. It’s heartbreaking. She was brave to share the footage. It’s powerful because it brings awareness to MCAS. Below you can see the video:
