WWE Announces The Rock’s Scheduled TV Appearance

The Rock will return to WWE TV very soon.

The Rock is heavily pushed to get the match against Roman Reigns, but due to the backlash from the fans, Cody Rhodes will challenge Reigns to his Undisputed WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 40. It seems like WWE is preparing for an Rhodes & World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins vs. Reigns and Rock tag team match during the event also.

Although it’s not yet confirmed, it’s possible that WWE is expected to announce the match on the Saturday’s Elimination Chamber PLE. The Rock became a heel during the WrestleMania press conference earlier in the month prior to joining The Bloodline the week before on SmackDown.

The following day, WWE confirmed the former WWE Champion will appear on the next show in Glendale, AZ. As of the time of time of writing, Reigns has not been confirmed for the show.
