Paul Heyman will be taking his spot within the WWE Hall of Fame and doing it in Philadelphia the home of ECW. of ECW.

The AP released this news Monday morning, declaring Heyman as being the very first in the class of honorary members. The ceremony will be held after SmackDown on 5 April on the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia in the WrestleMania weekend.

“I consistently feel like I’m just getting started, and I’m just figuring this out,” Heyman declared. “To me, what is an incomplete body of work, because there’s still things I want to accomplish, I never felt comfortable accepting that is a reflection upon an entire career.”

Legacy

Heyman began his wrestling career in the 1970s when he was photographer for the WWWF in the 1970s for Vince McMahon Sr. He then became a manager for WCW before becoming the book’s manager for ECW in the mid 90s.

When he was in charge for ECW and later as its owner in the future, he revolutionized the business of wrestling with the ediger brand, which gave the opportunity to numerous wrestlers, including some who were big-time stars like Steve Austin. The company ceased operations in 2001, and He was hired as an on-screen actor and a part in the team that created it. He left in 2006 and returning in 2012 to serve as Brock Lesnar’s representative. In the last few years, he’s been closely associated to The Bloodline, helping reinvent the career of Roman Reigns 2020 in his role as Wiseman.
