Injuries can happen when wrestling, regardless of the style of a wrestler such as mat-based or a high-flyer. Unfortunately, a leading AEW star was sidelined for a number of months due to an injury.

Jamie Hayter hasn’t been seen since she placed her Women’s Title on the line against Toni Storm at the AEW Double or Nothing tournament this past May in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Before the fight there was a suspicion that Hayter was suffering from an injury. Storm took home the victory. It was earlier reported that an estimate of Hayter’s return was February 2024.

In an interview during an interview on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was asked for Hayter’s return.

“I believe so [whether people will be able to anticipate her returning in the near future. I’ve not been offered an exact date for Jamie Hayter, though. I only heard of her in the beginning of the year, and we’re already into the season. That’s it. However, I’ve not heard anything new or anything new. I’d say that’s been the case for the last couple of months, actually.”
