NJPW Sets Out Kazuchika Okada’s Last Two Bouts
Kazuchika Okada has finished his stint in NJPW as he’s scheduled to leave the position and move to the US for the start of the next chapter of his career.
As we previously reported, Okada is headed to AEW when he is done with his contract with NJPW. It’s not known the date he’ll begin at All Elite Wrestling. All Elite Wrestling or who his first fight will be.
The final two matches of Okada’s participation in NJPW have been revealed, and they will take place during the New Beginning in Sapporo cards on February 23rd and 24th.
The first performance will be a battle between Okada Tomohiro, Okada, Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI and YOH fight Jeff Cobb, Great-O-Khan, Aaron Henare, Francesco Akira as well as Callum Newman while the following show will see him paired with Hiroshi Tanahashi and Ishii Goto and YOSHI HASHI against Matt Riddle, Cobb, Great-O-Khan Henare and Akira.
Tama Tonga is also scheduled to play his final match for NJPW this Saturday, the 24th, when Tama Tonga will be paired with Tanga Loa in a match against the Guerillas of Destiny stablemates Hikuleo and ELP.
