TNA Wrestling Talks Confirmed by Matt Riddle

Matt Riddle has stayed busy since he quit WWE in the year before by working for various promotions such as MLW, NJPW, and independent promotions.

After a successful stint in NXT and also on Main roster on which Riddle also held Raw Tag Team titles together with Randy Orton, things went downwards for Riddle after Randy Orton being forced to withdraw due to an injury to his back that was serious when Riddle went to rehabilitation last summer because of problems with substance that led to failures in drug tests.

The year before, Riddle was among the celebrities who were announced by WWE. Riddle’s team was in talks with a variety of firms.

In Sunday Night’s Main Event, Riddle confirmed that he was in talks about talks with TNA Wrestling. But, after the grind of WWE Riddle decided to stop performing the weekly television. He explained that working for MLW and NJPW differs from WWE because these promotions focus on events and not the weekly television.

Riddle also talked about his relationship in the WWE with Vince McMahon while in WWE and also the allegations made concerning the former WWE Chairman and CEO in the same interview.
