NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 is still in the books, since it was broadcast on Thursday morning, and was broadcast in real time in NJPW World.

In the main event, IWGP World Heavyweight Champion SANADA took on G1 Winner Tetsuya Naito in the main event, with Naito taking the win.

There was also a match between Bryan Danielson vs. Kazuchika Okada in a singles contest which resulted in Okada beat Danielson in a rematch from Forbidden Door as well as a trio with Jon Moxley, Will Ospreay and David Finlay, with Ospreay winning to become the first IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion.

Pre-show: Great O-Khan, Taiji Ishimori, Toru Yano and Yoh took home the New Japan Ranbo to determine who will compete to win the Provisional KOPW 2024 Championship at New Year Dash.

Catch 2/2 (TJP and Francesco Akira) defeated Bullet Club War Dogs (Clark Connors and Drilla Moloney) to take home the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship.

Hiroshi Tanahashi beat Zack Sabre Jr. to take home the NJPW World Television Championship.

Yuya Uemura defeated Yota Tsuji.

House of Torture (Evil and Ren Narita) defeated Shota Umino and Kaito Kiyomiya.

Tama Tonga beat Shingo Takagi to take home Tama Tonga’s title at the NEVER Openweight Championship.

Guerrillas of Destiny (Hikuleo and El Phantasmo) defeated Bishamon (Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi) in a Winners Takes All tag team match to win Tag Team Championships at the IWGP Tag Team Championships and Strong Openweight Tag Team Championships.

El Desperado beat Hiromu Takahashi in The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.

David Finlay defeated Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley by pinfall for the first time in the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship.

Kazuchika Okada defeated Bryan Danielson.

Tetsuya Naito beat Sanada to take home in the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
